INCOME LIMITS

Income-Based rentals will be available to households earning 30% to 70% Median Family Income or less. Applicant’s gross annual income may not exceed the below limits.

To begin the application, please prepare to present the following documents:

• Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older

• Income verification items to include but not limited to-

  • Birth Certificates of all occupants under the age of 18.

  • Social Security Card for everyone in the household.

  • Picture ID for everyone over the age of 18.

  • Six most recent paystubs.

  • Application fee of $21.68 or $16.18 for each additional adult in certified funds only (Cashier's Check).

• Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets:

  • Most recent SSI Award Letter.

  • Child Support Verification Form from Attorney General's Office.

  • Six months of Checking Account bank statements.

  • One most recent Savings Account bank statement.

  • Most recent 401k documentation.

  • Most recent life insurance statement.
